Product Description

Barack Obama and his radical team of self-professed socialists, fringe activists, and others are trying to remake the American way of life. They have used their new Democratic majority to launch an alarming assault on our capitalist system—while abandoning the war on terror, undermining our national security, and weakening our position in the eyes of our enemies. The "candidate of change" is threatening to change our country irreparably, and for the worse—if we don't act to stop him now.

Sean Hannity has been sounding the alarms about Obama and his agenda from the start. Now—in his first new book in six years—he issues a stirring call to action. Hannity surveys all the major Obama players—from the president's affiliation with radical theology to his advisers' history of Marxist activism, repression of the media, support for leftist dictators, and worse. He exposes their resulting campaign to dismantle the American free-market system and forfeit our national sovereignty. But he draws on the examples of Ronald Reagan and the GOP's Contract with America to show how conservatives can unite behind this country's most cherished principles and act now to get America back on the right track—while we still can.

4 out of 5 stars Definitely worth your time   July 28, 2010

Hannity's latest publication is a quick and easy read. I found it to be well-researched and pretty well-edited; however, if you're a regular Hannity listener, this book does not provide you with anything different from what you'd see or hear on the show. He is very upbeat throughout the book and he presents all of his arguments in a very matter-of-fact and reasoned manner. Unlike Ann Coulter, whose every word is seemingly laced with venom, Sean Hannity proves to be articulate and level-headed in this work.

What was most pleasing about he book was the descriptive "Items for Victory" chapter he uses to conclude the book. While I don't necessarily subscribe to all of them as absolutely vital for a conservative resurgence, this chapter is key in putting the finishing touches on Mr. Hannity's argument. He makes a good parallel with, but a clear distinction from 1994's Contract with America and how the "Contract" could be used as a model on which conservatives could campaign in preparation for the 2010 midterm elections.

While it was an easy read, the book does contain a great deal of jargon that really doesn't sound like Hannity - leading me to believe that he did not author this book in its entirety..... probably not a surprise to many of you. Nevertheless, it is worth reading.

3 out of 5 stars Honestly, I struggled   July 27, 2010

I have listened to Sean Hannity off and on for the last few years, and while I agree with him on various points of political public policy, I greatly struggled to make it through this book.

Don't get me wrong, I struggle with lots of Obama's policies, but I bought this book thinking that it would contain a game plan for 2010, not just a bunch of Obama bashing.

And, as has been noted, Sean has brought up many of these points, if not all of them, on his TV and radio shows. If you stay current with him and his rhetoric, then this book may not be a worthwhile purchase.

Although the truth hurts sometimes (and can be depressing), this book tells it like it is. As an independent, I thought I might find this a little to far to the right for my tastes, but it's hard to argue with Hannity's points, based on the numerous examples he puts forth. That being said, it does make your blood boil at times.

Overall, an enjoyable read....not overly complex....incorporates a little humor....I would recommend.

1 out of 5 stars I liked the color pictures and cartoons   July 8, 2010

Buy this book!!!!

I read the book from cover to cover, all three pages and the book insert. I love the font size at 42 points too. It was an easy read because there weren't any words over four letters long and no lengthy multisyllabic words. The crayon colored pictures were good because my 2 year old liked to draw over them with his own colors. I love Sean Hannity because I love hate, racism, anger, rage and fear. I'm a tea bagger and I get ALL of my information from Hannity. He is like a god to me and I pray to Reegan every night. I love how Hannity cuts off people on the radio if they try to make a point. And it's really funny how Hannity attacks callers after he hangs up on them when they can't defend themselves or their position. I love people who are rude, obnoxious and love to incite people to violence and hatred like Hannity. I especially love Hannity because he's a Christian who makes his living by bearing false witness against his neighbor. He does that every few minutes on his show and in his book.

I like it when conservative 'christians' constantly violate the 9th Commandment. God and Jesus said anyone who does that against his fellow man will go to hell so that's where Hannity is headed. I don't like to live in the real world so I listen to non-stop right wing radio because I'm addicted to hatred, anger, racism, fear and rage. I love how Hannity talks about patriotism but never served in the military, just like every one of the other cowardly right wing radio hosts and all the talking heads on Fox News. They cowardly avoiding serving their country but love to send our soldiers to die in wars started based entirely on lies. Hannity is a master of manipulating the dimwitted, the brain dead, the ignorant and the gullible. But they will love this book if they know how to read. But there are always socialistic reading comprehension classes Hannity's illiterate listeners can go to in order to learn how to read. I wish them well on their way to literacy.

So far Hannity and conservatives are responsible for murdering 5,300 American soldiers and hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqi men, women, children and babies. Conservatives are also responsible for deregulation of the financial world and caused the economic disaster we are in now. They are also responsible for two wars, massive unemployment, record foreclosures, loss of millions of peoples' retirements and of course, the BP oil disaster in the Gulf of Mexico. I love how Hannity blames everyone else but BP for the disaster.

Hannity and his followers worship capitalism as a god and think CEOs are their disciples. They believe money is more important than human beings and they hate everything jesus stood for. If Jesus returned they would nail him to the cross again and if someone pulled Jesus off the cross while he was still alive conservatives would stand around him and demand to see his citizenship papers and his insurance card before treating him, because they don't believe anyone should get medical care if they are down on their luck, unemployed or poor.

Conservatives like being a real life death panel to determine who lives and who dies depending on their wealth. If Jesus returned they would call him a socialist, communist, Marxist, Maoist and Stalinist and condemn him by saying he palled around with terrorists, murderers, thieves, prostitutes and the poor. Conservative would savagely attack Jesus because they hate compassion and empathy toward their fellow man. They aren't even capable of having those feelings and this book will tell you why. I especially love how Hannity attacks Jesus for being against business and for the poor. Conservatives hate the poor and love businesses, but the only time in the Bible where Jesus got mad was at the rich people in the temple. He also said it's easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than a rich man. But again, conservatives worship the rich and hate the poor, so that means they hate Jesus too. I wonder if any conservative has ever read the Bible? I doubt it because it's a long book and conservatives only have the attention spans of little babies. And they cry and whine like babies too, constantly whining and moaning and blaming everyone else but themselves. Conservatives are incapable of accepting responsibility for anything, but they call themselves the party of personal responsibility. That's funny and there are some really funny parts in this book that highlights the absolute hypocrisy of conservatives.

I love how Hannity defends and loves war, killing and destruction, just like all conservative christians do. They love seeing our soldiers come home in a box or hideously deformed for fighting and dying in Iraq, a country which never once threatened the US and which had nothing to do with the 9/11 attacks, had nothing to do with Osama Bin Laden and nothing to do with Al Qaeda. Oh yeah, and Iraq had no weapons of mass destruction either, but Hannity keeps repeating all those lies on his show and in his book.

I've challenged Hannity to on-air debates, but he has cowardly ran from every one of my challenges because he is a complete coward. He hides in his dark studio spewing out vulgar hatred to people with IQs less than the calibers of their guns. They act like thirsty, mongrel dogs lapping up Hannity's verbal puss without thought, without question and certainly without fact checks.

Buy this book! I saw where it's selling for 19 cents at one place. That's 20 cents more than it's worth but you can use it to swat roaches or use as a coaster for your beer bottles in your double-wide mobile home. Be the pride of the trailer park and be the first to get this book! It's Hannity's best hate book ever so don't miss it! I highly recommend it because just like my fellow conservatives, my IQ is only 32, the size of a 32 caliber pistol. And I'm one of the smart conservatives! Yeehaww!

If you listen to Sean Hannity on a regular basis, you've heard everything he's written in this book cover to cover. With that, it was an easy, depressing read.
